All returns must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All merchandise sold on shopfatal.com is brand new. We will accept merchandise sent back in the original brand new and unworn condition, with tags attached. Shoes should be received without marks on the soles and with the original shoe box. Please send your shoe box inside of a shipping box.
Refunds are available on full priced merchandise.
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit or the same item in another size (if available) by purchasing the item you want and sending back the unwanted item.
Socks & hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on pre-orders are store credit only. There is no expiration on store credit.
Special order items are final sale.
All items on sale for 70% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the costs involved in the return process, we are unable to refund or credit the amount that was paid to get your item to you. All refunds/credits are less those costs. This includes orders that received free shipping.
Because of the transit time and high cost involved, all sales are final on international orders.
We suggest asking as many questions as possible before purchase if you are uncertain about something. We would love to help you with any questions you may have in the selection process!

All merchandise sold at shopfatal.com is brand new, and all items are inspected before shipping. Products that are handmade in any way may have slight color variation and inconsistencies from item to item.

Once we have received your order electronically, your order is considered submitted.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipping notification has been sent to you.
- Once your package is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or shipped to another address.
- Duties and taxes levied by your country are not paid to us, therefore you should contact the customs office in your country if you have an issue.
Please be sure to claim your package before it is returned to us. We assume no responsibility for costs to resend orders that have been returned unclaimed, unless there is a verifiable error on our part.
Lost packages: We are able to place a trace on U.S. packages after 8 business days, and on international packages via USPS after 14 business days. We require that you wait until an investigation by the shipping company is complete before requesting a refund. This investigation time depends on the investigation time frame required by the destination country and can vary between 30 days for U.S. packages to 30-90 days for international packages. Many times packages are delivered before the investigation is complete, and therefore we require up to a 12 week (4 to 6 week for domestic shipments) waiting period before we will refund your order. We will issue a refund for packages deemed to be lost as soon as their investigation is complete and the shipping company has notified us of the results.
- We will issue refunds for U.S. orders of merchandise purchased at full retail price only.
- Items purchased at discount or on sale (up to 60%) are eligible for store credit.

Return package must be sent out and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for paying the postage and insurance on any return package mailed back to shopfatal.com. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
