We will accept merchandise sent back in the original brand new and unworn condition, with tags attached. Shoes should be received without marks on the soles and with the original shoe box. Please send your shoe box inside of a shipping box.
Refunds are available on full priced merchandise.
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit or the same item in another size (if available) by purchasing the item you want and sending back the unwanted item.
Socks & hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on pre-orders are store credit only. There is no expiration on store credit.
Special order items are final sale.
Due to the costs involved in the return process, we are unable to refund or credit the amount that was paid to get your item to you. All refunds/credits are less those costs. This includes orders that received free shipping.
Exchange for the same item in another size is available. We are unable to issue refunds on international orders.

problems with delivery
We want you to receive your package as fast as you do!
We are able to place a trace on U.S. packages if not received or located after 8 business days, and international packages after 14 business days.
We ask that you wait until an investigation by the shipping company is complete before requesting a refund.
We will issue a refund for packages deemed to be lost as soon as the shipping company completes it's investigation and they have notified us of the results.
We are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are unclaimed or refused by the receiver.
