ORDERING

Once we have received your order electronically, your order is considered submitted.
If the product you ordered is no longer available once we have received your order form, we will inform you via e-mail.
By submitting an order form and contracting with us, you unconditionally accept the provisions of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as of the further conditions and policies contained on shopfatal.com.


RETURNS

We hope you'll be in love with your purchase! Of course this is just not always possible. 

If you need to return or exchange something, here's how:

Please be sure to email service@shopfatal.com as soon as possible after receiving your order to request a return.

All returns must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We will accept merchandise sent back in the original brand new and unworn condition, with tags attached. Shoes should be received without marks on the soles and with the original shoe box. Please send your shoe box inside of a shipping box.

  • Refunds are available on full priced merchandise.
  • Sale and discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit or the same item in another size (if available) by purchasing the item you want and sending back the unwanted item. 
  • Socks & hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns on pre-orders are store credit only. There is no expiration on store credit.
  • Special order items are final sale.
Due to the costs involved in the return process, we are unable to refund or credit the amount that was paid to get your item to you. All refunds/credits are less those costs. This includes orders that received free shipping. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Because of the transit time and high cost involved, all sales are final on international orders. 

We suggest asking as many questions as possible before purchase if you are uncertain about something. We would love to help you with any questions you may have in the selection process!

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
 
We want you to receive your package as fast as you do! 
We are able to place a trace on U.S. packages if not received or located after 7 business days, and international packages after 14 business days. 
We ask that you wait until an investigation by the shipping company is complete before requesting a refund. 
We will issue a refund for packages deemed to be lost as soon as the shipping company completes it's investigation and they have notified us of the results. 
We are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are unclaimed or refused by the receiver.


PAYMENT

We currently accept domestic and international credit and debit card payment through
PayPal. 
You do not need a PayPal account to submit payment through PayPal.

If you would like to make a payment through bank wire transfer or another wire service, please send an email to info@shopfatal.com  to request information for sending wire transfer payment

For international orders please not that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices. We are completely independent of these charges and have no information about them.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Please send an email to info@shopfatal.com if you would like to request a special item or reserve an item that is coming soon.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

All merchandise sold at shopfatal.com is brand new, and all items are inspected before shipping. Products that are handmade in any way may have slight color variation and inconsistencies from item to item.

PRIVACY

We will use your personally identifiable information only for customer service; to fulfill your orders, to provide you with information that you may request, to give you updates about the status of your orders, and to customize your experience on the site. We do not sell any customer information. 

We collect the domain name of visitors to our web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as site registrations, name and address, telephone number & payment information.

The information we collect is used only to process orders. Your email will be used for our mailing list if you choose to opt-in. If you opt in to our mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in any mailing list email. 

We do not use your mailing address for mailed advertisements.

Your telephone number will only be used in the event that we cannot contact you via email regarding your order. 

With respect to security: we have appropriate security measures in place to protect against access of information that we have collected from you at our site.

All payments are processed off-site through PayPal. No financial information is collected by shopfatal.com.

By using the site, you indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. We reserve the right to change the terms of this privacy policy. Your continued use of the site following any changes to this privacy policy will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes.
