buying

Once we have received your order electronically, your order is considered submitted.
If the product you ordered is no longer available once we have received your order form, we will inform you via e-mail.
By submitting an order form and contracting with us, you unconditionally accept the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as of the further conditions and policies contained on shopfatal.com.

returns

we hope you'll be in love with your purchase, take tons of photos of yourself wearing it and tag shop fatal when you post them on facebook!

Of course this is just not always possible.

if you need to return something, here's the info;

First thing to know; please be sure to email service@shopfatal.com within 3 days of receiving your order if you want to return or exchange

We will accept merchandise sent back in the original brand new and unworn condition, with tags attached. Shoes should be received without marks on the soles and with the original shoe box. Please send your shoe box inside of a shipping box.

Refunds are available on full priced merchandise.
Sale and discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit or the same item in another size (if available) by purchasing the item you want and sending back the unwanted item.
Socks & hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on pre-orders are store credit only. There is no expiration on store credit.
Special order items are final sale.

Due to the costs involved in the return process, we are unable to refund or credit the amount that was paid to get your item to you. All refunds/credits are less those costs. This includes orders that received free shipping.

international orders

Exchange for the same item in another size is available. We are unable to issue refunds on international orders.

Please notify us of your wish to exchange by sending an email to service@shopfatal.com within 3 days of receiving your order

Then start the exchange process by purchasing the item in the size you need.

Because of the high cost and long transit time involved in international orders, it's best to be certain of what you need before making a purchase. We would love to help you with any questions you may have in the selection process. Just send an email to info@shopfatal.com

problems with delivery

We want you to receive your package as fast as you do!

We are able to place a trace on U.S. packages if not received or located after 8 business days, and international packages after 14 business days.

We ask that you wait until an investigation by the shipping company is complete before requesting a refund.

We will issue a refund for packages deemed to be lost as soon as the shipping company completes it's investigation and they have notified us of the results.

We are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are unclaimed or refused by the receiver.

we currently accept domestic and international credit and debit card payment through

PayPal and Google Checkout.

when you are ready to check out, you will be able to choose between these options.

if you would like to make a payment through bank wire transfer or another wire service, please send an email to info@shopfatal.com to request information for sending wire transfer payment

For international orders please not that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices. We are completely independent of these charges and have no information about them.

we do not use your mailing address for mailed advertisements.

your telephone number will only be used in the event that we cannot contact you via email regarding your order.
