Domestic shipping and Delivery
We ship using a combination of Fedex and USPS services.
Most orders are shipped within 1- 2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
We will attempt to ship same day on all express orders that come in by 1 pm.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Within the Continental U.S
Standard Ground service Approx 1-5 business days. Flat rate of $7.95 on all continental U.S. orders.
2nd day service is available, please see rate table below for cost.
Overnight Next business day (Saturday delivery not available) Please see rate table below for cost.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico
USPS Priority mail Approx 5 - 7 days.
2nd Day service is available. Please see rate table below for cost.

P.O. Box/AFO/FPO addresses
USPS priority mail: Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory will be shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the continental U.S. will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, U.S. territories , or a P.O. box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.

When using our credit card processor, we only ship to the credit card billing address.

We are not responsible for packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable, therefore it is imperative that you give your correct shipping address. If you fail to receive your package due to not being present at delivery or re-delivery, you will be responsible for return cost to us as well as cost to re-send items to you. You will be charged for return shipping as well as original shipping costs. We do not refund orders that are refused by the buyer at delivery.

Original shipping costs are not refundable in case of return.

Free shipping is deducted from your refund in case of return.
